It’s finally here!
And by ‘it’ I mean both fall weather and fall fashion. I hope we get a really long fall season this year. It usually seems like it’s 90*… it’s 90*…. it’s 90*…. one week it’s a perfect 65*… boom it’s 30*. So here’s hoping for a few solid months of really great fall weather.
Fall is my favorite fashion season too. Boots, sweaters, light jackets and still a little glow on the cheeks from the summer.
I was definitely pining to update my fall wardrobe. I’m thinking mostly classic basics, great jeans, a good pair of boots and some lower priced stylish items. I’ve done a bit of shopping the past month and got a lot of things I wanted at great prices. So here a few of my new additions to my closet:
Striped Poncho Sweater from LOFT
I still have a few things on my ‘want’ list.
A motorcycle jacket — likely a ‘cheap’ one, as a real leather one might eat up a lot of my budget!
I’ll likely check out places like Target, Forever 21 and I really really like this navy one from ASOS
which is a moderate price at $$85! Too bad it’s already out of stock!
If I don’t score a coveted motorcycle jacket I’d love to get my hands on a members only jacket.
I’m pretty sure Allison is also rocking one these days!

I have huge calves and was able get a pair of riding boots from Clarks last year but the bad news is they were 200.00

Ugh, I would DIE for a pair of FRYE boots. I pine over them every trip to Nordies. Maybe one day…..

I love the elbow patch cardis. I just purchased the navy blue one last week! Love love love fall.
